 In this Episode, I have the honor of bringing on someone who had been both a friend and mentor in my life, Altaf Amlani. Altaf and I discuss his amazing backstory of growing Blue Diamond into what it is today, being clam, centered, and spiritual and how that plays into your business’ success, how to get unstuck in your life or business, the beauty of failure, and the importance of growing ourselves in order to grow our business.

Altaf Amlani was born in Uganda, East Africa, schooled in England, and finally moved to the United States at age 18. Entrepreneurship began at the age of 14, and has continued to now, having a manufacturing facility and 3 fine jewelry stores throughout Southern California. Not only is Altaf an extremely successful entrepreneur, but he is also a philanthropist. Proceeds from every engagement ring sold by Blue Diamond supports one underprivileged child in Kenya for an entire YEAR. I am so proud to call this person my friend and one of my mentors!
